Women's wellness events
Into the Wild Within is a series of intimate gatherings I created for women who are ready to slow down, turn inward, and connect — with themselves and with others.
Each event is carefully held and gently guided. You can expect a nurturing afternoon that weaves together reflection, embodied movement, women's circle, and ceremonial cacao. No experience necessary. You're welcome exactly as you are.
These events are small by design, with an intimate group of women sharing a space that feels safe, honest, and brave.
Into the Wild Within — "Mothering"
Sunday 17 May 2026| 2pm – 5pm
Mt Pleasant Community Centre, Christchurch
The last event sold out — spaces for this one are limited, so I'd encourage you to secure yours early.
Mothering is one of the most universal experiences a woman can have, and one of the least talked about honestly.
Whether you're a mother, stepmother, deciding if motherhood is for you, in the middle of trying to conceive, navigating IVF, have experienced pregnancy loss, or have chosen a different path entirely — you have a story worth sharing. And you deserve a space to share it without judgement.
This afternoon is an invitation to do exactly that.
We'll explore the theme of mothering together. What it means, what it's brought up, what it's cost, and what it's given. There's no right way to feel about any of it. This is a space without judgement, without pressure, and without the need to have it all figured out.
Joining me for the afternoon will be my dear colleague Robin Smith, a somatic embodiment coach and therapeutic movement teacher, who supports women to come home to themselves through the body. She will guide us through gentle, trauma-informed practices to regulate the nervous system, soften into sensation, and create space for emotional processing, and movement.
Who this event is for:
Any woman who has ever had an experience of mothering — which is all of us, in some way.
This event was made especially for women who are deciding whether to have children, who have decided not to, who are trying to conceive, going through IVF, who have experienced pregnancy loss, who are already mothers or stepmothers and want a genuine space to talk about it, or who simply feel called to reflect on this theme with like-minded women.
If you're craving real conversation and genuine connection around a topic that doesn't always get the space it deserves — this afternoon is for you.
