Everything I do, I pour my heart into — and you’ll feel this when you come in for a massage or join one of my women’s wellness events.

I’m a massage therapist, space holder, and trained yoga teacher offering holistic massage in Christchurch. I also host sporadic women’s events and gatherings designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and take time for yourself.

New Moon Wellness was born from my own journey of reconnecting with my body, my intuition, and my true self — and from a genuine desire to support other women on this path.

This is my passion. This is my calling. And I can’t wait to hold space for you.
